POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of overall marketing

strategies that will increase awareness of the brand, generate growth opportunities, and support overall

sales and business strategy. The Director of Marketing will strategically position the organization to

compete effectively in a rapidly developing market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage all facets of marketing including branding, market research, promotions, traditional and

digital advertising, sales collateral/tools, trade shows and related events, communications, public

relations, content marketing, and social media

• Lead, manage and develop the in-house marketing team and manage external marketing vendor’s

performance

• Ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are properly aligned with HCTec’s growth objectives

• Design marketing plan objectives and establish relative analytics to measure marketing operational

effectiveness

• Develop a service line marketing strategy

• Create and maintain current market and competitive market analysis

• Increase brand awareness

• Creation and execution of ABM strategy

• Optimization of Technology Stack Assessment by evaluating marketing technology tools and

providing recommendations on tool selection and integration

• Manage the Customer Advisory Board Initiative, as well as ensuring it functions effectively provides

valuable input to our company

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimal travel, as required

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with business or marketing focus preferred

• 10-15 years of marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility. This experience should

also include 5 years of management experience working with other managers and executive leaders

as well as managing, developing, motivating and retaining team members

• Experience with brand positioning, creative development, and managing agency resources

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and other related marketing focused software

applications

• Track record of demonstrated execution of marketing strategies with a clear line to financial results

• Must be analytically astute and ground all strategy in a clear framework of financial ROI with

objective measurements of success

• Knowledge of the use of analytics to drive customer centric decision-making throughout the

organization, leading to targeted media & acquisition initiatives that increase customer

engagement, brand engagement, demand generation; along with a demonstrated track record of

success and performance
