· Manage and maintain the organization’s general ledger, ensuring accurate tracking of assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues.
· Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
· Perform monthly close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries (JEs) related to revenue, expenses, and other financial transactions.
· Reconcile and analyze expense accounts, balance sheet accounts, and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Prepare cash forecasts to support financial planning and liquidity management.
· Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and provide necessary documentation.
· Lead the implementation of process improvements within the accounting team to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Experience Requirements:
· At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including roles with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
· Solid technical knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:
